7 Habits for Managers Forum
featuring FranklinCovey's 7 Habits for Managers™

Upcoming Dates & Location: April 29 - May 1, 2019 at Madden's on Gull Lake in Brainerd.

The 7 Habits for Managers Forum is ideally suited for managers of processes, teams, departments, divisions and business units — including high-potential professionals destined for managerial roles, newly appointed managers, and experienced managers.  The forum is designed to equip today’s managers with the tools needed to lead teams, overcome interpersonal and organizational challenges, manage and enhance team member performance and produce superior and lasting results.

360-degree management effectiveness profile

Before the forum begins, participants will take part in a 360-degree management effectiveness profile called the 7 Habits Assessment. This feedback process provides valuable data to help participants measure their own leadership capacity and individual effectiveness and will be utilized throughout the forum.

7 Habits for Managers (tm)

During the 3-day forum, participants will be oriented to the core competencies for The 7 Habits for Managers™. They’ll be equipped with powerful and pragmatic leadership tools for resolving conflict, developing teams, setting priorities, providing accountability, building trust, combining efforts and executing successfully. An action plan for development and improvement will be created.

Electronic and online resources and various follow-up activities, including the opportunity to experience another leadership assessment profile to measure post-forum improvements, will support ongoing development.
