 LEAD
A program for ongoing Leadership Enhancement and Development

LEAD is a program for alumni of the Leadership Forum and is designed to empower leaders and sustain ongoing Leadership Enhancement and Development (LEAD). The program provides an annual reunion, refresher, and recommitment for individuals and teams dedicated to growing as leaders.

Build LEAD into your annual development plan — and the annual development and succession plan for your leadership team — going forward.

Leadership Quotient

LEAD gives participants a chance to assess their progress. Participants will complete, analyze and review another Leadership Quotient® (an additional round of FranklinCovey’s online 360-degree assessment). This feedback process provides valuable data to help participants measure their own leadership capacity and capability, analyze progress since earlier LQ assessments, and further develop and refine individual action plans.

4 Imperatives of Great Leaders

The program also gives participants a chance to become more familiar with the four imperatives of great leaders. Executive teams will dive deeper into the imperatives, enhance their understanding through additional application activities, and advance individual and organizational development goals.

Apply knowledge in case studies

During LEAD, participants will apply knowledge of the four imperatives to an actual leadership situation. Executives will examine, explore, and discuss the challenges of leadership through the case study method. In addition, LEAD includes action planning, implementation strategy development, discussion and networking.

Forum Fees
The fee for LEAD is $500 per participant.  The fee covers tuition, course materials (including individual LQ2 reports) and meals.  Individuals and small or early stage organizations interested in attending an Anderson Center forum, with limited ability to pay, should inquire about scholarship opportunities.
