The Executive Forum is ideally suited for company presidents and executives of larger, established organizations to business owners and founders of smaller businesses. The forum is designed to increase the effectiveness of business leaders and consists of a 12-month educational process that will change the way you think. It is fast-paced, concentrated and highly interactive. Within the twelve months, there are three four-day educational sessions designed as intensive, full-time commitments that allow leaders to concentrate on specific business topics related to the Survival, Growth and Expansion stages of business.

Program Objectives
  • Maximize the value of the educational experience, while minimizing the time commitment
  • Provide time between sessions to evaluate and apply what you have learned
  • Create a bond with other business leaders through the shared experience
  • Interact with your forum peers between sessions to continue the learning
  • Exit the process with new business management tools and techniques that can successfully lead your business through the Survival, Growth, and Expansion phases of the business cycle
  • The curriculum of the Executive Forum includes topics on Accounting & Finance, Organizational Behavior & Leadership, Management Reporting & Information, Service Management, Marketing, Ethics, Operations, and Competitive Strategy

Forum Fees
The fee for each session of the Forum is $5,000; over the twelve months, the total fee is $15,000. Each session is invoiced separately, and payment is due within thirty days of the invoice date. Nonprofit organizations receive a 20% discount. Individual and small or early stage organizations interested in attending an Anderson Center Forum with limited ability to pay, should inquire about scholarship opportunities.
