On the anniversary of the most devastating terrorist attacks on American soil, Brig. Gen. Alan Dohrmann will share military leadership principles that can be applied in your business to achieve greater success in building teams, overcoming adversity and accomplishing your mission.

Dohrmann — a respected leader with a thirty-year career in the United States Army — graduated from Minnesota State University before going on to law school at the University of North Dakota. Currently serving as the Deputy Adjutant General for the North Dakota National Guard, Dohrmann's previous assignments include serving as an infantry officer for the 1/48th Infantry Regiment in Gelnhausen, Germany, as a signal officer for the 1st Special Forces Group in Okinawa, Japan and as the Commanding General for Task Force Falcon in support of NATO’s Kosovo Forces mission in Kosovo.
