Panel Members Include:

Jeff Gau — CEO, Marco
Jeff served in the U.S. Air Force and is a University of North Dakota graduate. He joined Marco in 1984 as a sales representative and later became Sales Manager for the Voice/Data Networking and Office Furniture divisions. Jeff became president in 2003 and CEO in 2007.

Jeff is chair of the American Coop Dealer Group Board. He is also a member of the CentraCare Health System Foundation Board, the National Sharp Dealer Council Board, the Anderson Center Board, the Cisco Channel Advisory Board, and the Greater St. Cloud Economic Development Corporation Board of Advisors. Jeff has served as Chair of the United Way Campaign for Central Minnesota, St. Cloud Area YMCA, and New Beginnings
.

Mark Krebsbach — Managing Partner, CliftonLarsonAllen
Mark is managing partner at CliftonLarsonAllen. A graduate of St. John’s University, he has over thirty years of experience advising owners of privately owned family enterprises, with expertise in the areas of succession, management advisory, finance and tax and financial planning.

Mark is the Forum Leader for the Anderson Center’s Family Business Forum. He has served on the board of directors for a number of organizations, including CentraCare Health Foundation and the Anderson Center. Mark also serves in a leadership role for the Investment Committee of the Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation

Diana Lawson — Dean, Herberger Business School, SCSU
Diana is the Dean of the Herberger Business School at St. Cloud State University.  The majority of Diana’s academic career has had an international focus, including developing an international business curriculum and teaching business in foreign countries. Prior to coming to the Herberger College of Business she held the position of Endowed Chair in International Business at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan. Diana has taught in Turkey and Moldova, and she teaches international negotiation in France.

Diana is the Forum Leader for the Anderson Center's International Business Forum. She is also currently a volunteer Board Member for the Anderson Center. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at the State University of New York, and her Master's degree, MBA and Ph.D. from Kent State University.

Brian Schoenborn — Managing Partner, Leonard Street & Deinard
Brian is managing partner of Leonard, Street and Deinard’s St. Cloud, Minnesota, office, where he focuses his practice on family and closely held businesses. He is aslo co-chair of the firm’s Sports and Entertainment practice group.

Brian is a member of the U.S. Hockey League (USHL) Board of Directors and co-owner of the Sioux Falls Stampede of the USHL. Additionally, he is a member of the American Association of Professional Baseball (AAPB) Board of Directors and co-owner of the Sioux Falls Canaries of the AAPB. Brian also serves as a Forum Leader for the Anderson Center’s Leading Negotiations Forum. Leonard, Street & Deinard is a charter member of the Anderson Center Roundtable
